Nous recrutons pour un de nos partenaires un gestionnaire locatif.

Gestion d'un portefeuille d'environ 400 lots
- Planification et suivi des travaux de rénovation, de réhabilitation
- Gérer le remboursement des dépôts de garantie
- Gérer les dossiers d'assurance et sinistres
- Être en contact avec les locataires et les propriétaires
- Gestion des relances
- Enregistrement des factures

Profile searched

Vous justifiez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire. Doté(e) d'excellentes qualités relationnelles, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre réactivité et votre professionnalisme. Permis B obligatoire.

Salary : 30-40 K /year
